A New Year at a New Location

Wildcard Corp. is starting off the new year at a new location. 

Wildcard Corp. will relocate its corporate office to 1300 College Court in downtown Stevens Point, WI. The transition will begin after the 2019 holidays and should be complete by end of January 2020. 

The property located at 1300 College Ct. was listed for sale by the National Wellness Institute (NWI) in November 2019 and purchase negotiations between Wildcard and the NWI began shortly after the property was listed. The purchase ultimately benefits both the NWI, which was looking to downsize, and Wildcard Corp. which has been looking for space to expand while still remaining in the downtown area.

Wildcard Corp. will take possession of the building on December 20, 2019. The National Wellness Institute has already moved their office to a new location at 836 Main St. in downtown Stevens Point. 

This new property acquisition by Wildcard Corp. follows several years of continuous growth, with the company’s footprint tripling in the past two years alone. 

Wildcard’s new location will provide the growing company with more versatile work space, better accommodating their growing number of staff and room for additional equipment and specialized work areas.
